A Few Things About Us
Bridger Creek is located on a hundred-acre family farm in Belgrade, Montana, land that has been part of our family for generations. My name is Kody, and I live in my great-grandmother’s home on the property, a place that holds much of our family’s history and everyday life. The land, the farmhouse, and the rhythm of life here are central to who we are and how Bridger Creek came to be.
My mom, Tracey, lives on the other side of the property in her own home, and together we run Bridger Creek side by side. My younger sister, Addie, is also very hands-on and helps care for and socialize the puppies as they grow. In addition to raising dogs, our family owns and boards horses, making the farm an active, working environment where puppies are naturally exposed to daily routines and life on the farm.

Today, Bridger Creek remains rooted in the same values we started with in 2018: health-tested dogs, sound temperaments, and puppies raised with intention on our Montana family farm. We don’t chase trends, we raise dogs we’re proud to stand behind.
Our program expanded thoughtfully, never in volume but in quality. Each decision was made with long-term health, breed integrity, and the families we serve in mind.
With experience came higher expectations. We invested further into health testing, temperament evaluations, and long-term planning, ensuring every litter reflected both ethical breeding and real-world family suitability.
This year was about strengthening consistency. We focused on proven lines, continued health screening, and careful selection to improve structure and temperament while staying true to our original standards.
By 2020, breeding had become a fully family-run effort. Health testing, socialization, and structure remained non-negotiable standards, while we continued refining how our puppies were raised from birth through placement.
As our program took shape, we focused on intentional pairings and early neurological development. Puppies were raised in-home, exposed to daily life, and evaluated not just for appearance, but for confidence, calmness, and trainability.
